Provide the application, required airflow and pressure information available from the engineering team. State the duct arrangement, environmental exposure and installation constraints. Dust suppression and ventilation requirements should be assessed against the actual process and site conditions.

Define equipment and installation boundaries

An enquiry can include fans, ducting, supports, controls or a broader system package. Identify which elements are existing and which are required. P3 coordinates specialist sourcing enquiries; the system design, suitability and applicable site approvals must be established by the appointed technical parties.

Send the details that determine the quote

Airflow, pressure, dust conditions, environment and installation scope. Add quantities, the delivery point and your required date. If you have a bill of materials or manufacturer datasheet, attach it to the email enquiry.
