Match the rental to the task and dates

Give the equipment capacity, site location, rental start and end dates, expected operating hours and application. State whether the equipment will support a planned shutdown, construction work or a breakdown. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed for the actual rental period.

Agree what the rental includes

Ask about transport, offloading, fuel, hoses or cables, maintenance support and return conditions as relevant to the equipment. Identify access restrictions and who will operate the unit. A rental enquiry is not a booking until the equipment, dates and terms have been confirmed.

Send the details that determine the quote

Capacity, rental dates, delivery site, operating hours and support requirements. Add quantities, the delivery point and your required date. If you have a bill of materials or manufacturer datasheet, attach it to the email enquiry.
