Record connections and operating conditions

Hydraulic hoses and fittings need accurate connection identification, dimensions and operating requirements. Cylinder enquiries should include bore, stroke, mounting and the installed application. Where a replacement is being sourced, provide reference numbers and clear photographs of the connection details.

Clarify assembly and support requirements

State whether you require individual components, a complete hose assembly or a broader fluid-power package. Include testing or documentation requirements in the RFQ. Centralised lubrication enquiries should describe the equipment and lubrication points so the appropriate technical scope can be established.

Send the details that determine the quote

Pressure, bore, stroke, connection types and operating conditions. Add quantities, the delivery point and your required date. If you have a bill of materials or manufacturer datasheet, attach it to the email enquiry.
