Connect equipment with service and project support
Supply decisions affect what happens after delivery. Ask about the maintenance requirements, spare-part identification, installation responsibilities and documents available for the quoted equipment. If site work is needed, define access arrangements and the scope to be carried out by competent personnel.
P3 also accepts enquiries for air efficiency studies, electrical support, instrumentation and inspection coordination. The applicable inspection scope and provider credentials must be checked for the actual equipment and site. No blanket annual inspection interval or accreditation claim is implied.

Send the mine or site location, equipment tag, manufacturer details, photographs and quantities. Distinguish a confirmed specification from a suspected replacement. Identify the required-on-site date and the effect of a late delivery on the work schedule.
