P3 can consolidate requirements where the same buyer operates across countries, while keeping shipment and support assumptions visible per destination.
For critical assets, request the operating spares, consumables and documentation at the same time as the primary equipment. That reduces the risk of an installed asset waiting for a filter, seal, cable termination, instrument fitting or special service tool.

The P3 model is not a catalogue hand-off. Procurement can connect to electrical and instrumentation work, project engineering, statutory inspection, rental equipment, MRO consolidation and logistics coordination. The relevant scope is confirmed rather than implied.
